Producer Ashok Rajes introduces locally grown papayas during fermentation, pairing the coffee’s naturally dense cocoa foundation with the vibrant fruitiness of progressive fermentation techniques. The result is a cup that tastes like a bar of dark chocolate studded with cherry — rich, fruity, and indulgent.
