Rather than post-harvest flavoring or infusion, natural ingredients are introduced during fermentation itself, interacting with the coffee’s own enzymes to break down sugars, shape acidity, and unlock aromatic compounds unreachable through conventional processing.
The result is a bright, indulgent cup — creamy coconut and white chocolate sweetness balanced against tart lemonade acidity and a delicate vanilla finish.
